Slovakia: Tighter restrictions for the unvaccinated from 22 November
Datum: 18. November 2021 16:23
As of upcoming Monday (22 November), Slovakia will impose strict measures for people who have neither been vaccinated nor have recovered from COVID-19. This was announced by Prime Minister Heger, who on Thursday (18 November) described the restrictions as a "lockdown for the unvaccinated".
As of 22 November, only those who are fully vaccinated or who have recovered from COVID-19 will be granted access to non-essential shops/businesses, restaurants, shopping malls, sports facilities and public events. Unvaccinated employees will be required to provide a negative test result in all but the least-affected regions.
These measures are set to remain in place for three weeks at least.
