Namibia: Lifting of all measures in the country; simultaneous compulsory vaccination for travellers

According to UK authorities on Saturday (16 July), all COVID-19 control measures have been lifted. However, travellers must now provide mandatory proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to enter the country. Exceptions exist only for individuals who must not receive vaccination, kids below the age of 12 for example.
