Datum: 29. November 2021 07:56
Due to the new Omicron variant of the coronavirus, the Japanese government will ban the entry of foreign nationals for a period of two weeks, starting on 30 November.
The borders partially reopened only on 8 November, when business travellers, foreign students and other visa holders were permitted to enter the country for the first time since the start of the pandemic. Tourists are denied entry ever since.
