According to media reports on Wednesday (25 May), German entry rules will be eased over the summer months. As Federal Health Minister Lauterbach announced, the mandatory proof of vaccination, recovery, or negative testing (3G) on entry will be suspended until the end of August. As of Wednesday (1 June), entrants will no longer have to provide such proof; this rule will however remain in force until Tuesday (31 May) for all persons over 12 years of age, according to the current Corona entry regulation.
