According to media reports, the Chinese government announced the relaxation of various measures on Monday evening (26 December, local time). Accordingly, the mandatory hotel quarantine for international travellers is to be dropped from 8 January 2023. At the same time, local lockdown measures will be abandoned on 8 January.
