According to media reports, all entry requirements to Egypt have been waived since Friday (17 June), according to information from the "Supreme Committee for the Management of the Epidemiology and Health Pandemic Crisis". This means that no test or proof of vaccination or recovery needs to be presented on arrival to Egypt.
